Service Objectives Our aim is to support people with cognitive impairment and their families in the community by providing different activities and trainings. We also work on building up positive relations between caregivers and the elderly with cognitive impairment and promoting public awareness on brain health and cognitive impairment.
Our Service ◆ Preliminary assessment Preliminary assessments and service referrals for older adults with significant memory decline.
◆ Cognitive training activities Cognitive training activities for older adults with significant memory decline or those living with cognitive impairment.
◆ Carers support and training To provide caregiving skills trainings and support groups to the caregivers of people with dementia.
◆ Community Education Roadshows, public talks and training for the public are organized for promoting brain health and raising public awareness of brain health and cognitive impairment.
