What is our service Hidden and vulnerable elder service is a community support service. Through outreaching activities, reach out and identify 'hidden' and singleton elders, bring them out of isolation, encourage and assist them to develop their social life, and refer those in need to the existing public support network.
Our Services Outreaching, counseling, making referrals and providing support services to hidden and vulnerable elders, as well as conducting networking activities with district stakeholders.

We Serve People aged 60 or above living in the above area Hoi Lai Estate, Liberte, Banyan Garden, The Pacifica, Aqua Marine, The Sparkle, Manhattan Hill, One Kowloon West, Hoi Ying Estate, Hoi Lok Court and some of industrial area in Lai Chi Kwok
